I always love thinking at the start of the new Year - "where will I be this time next year?" I have been working out since God was a kid, therefore it's an element of my routine however, I continually see so most people come into the fitness center at the outset of the new year. Do not begin saying, "Ok, I am going to run three miles then lift weights for an hour!". Like I said, you will burn out and likely could possibly get an injury and after that what happens??
