วันภาษาไทยแห่งชาติ 2556 "รู้คุณค่า..ภาษาไทย" วันภาษาไทยแห่งชาติ 2556 ประวัติ ความสำคัญของวันภาษาไทยแห่งชาติ กลอนวันภาษาไทย เรียงความวันภาษาไทย วันภาษาไทยแห่งชาติ 2556 วันที่ 29 กรกฎาคมของทุกปี ประเทศไทยได้กำหนดให้เป็น "วันภาษาไทยแห่งชาติ" วันภาษาไทยแห่งชาติ 2556 ประวัติ ความสำคัญของวันภาษาไทยแห่งชาติ ธงชาติ และ ภาษา คือสิ่งที่บ่งบอกความเป็นไทย วันภาษาไทยแห่งชาติ วันที่ 29 กรกฎาคมของทุกปี คือ วันที่รำลึกถึงพระมหากรุณาธิคุณของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ในด้านภาษาไทย และเพื่อกระตุ้น ให้ชาวไทยทั้งชาติได้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญและคุณค่าของภาษาไทย และร่วมใจกันใช้ภาษาไทยให้ถูกต้องเพื่ออนุรักษ์ภาษาไทยให้เป็นเอกลักษณ์อยู่คู่ชาติไทยต่อไป วันภาษาไทยแห่งชาติ 2556 ความเป็นมาของวันภาษาไทยแห่งชาติ สืบเนื่องจากเมื่อ 29 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2505 พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช เสด็จพระราชดำเนินไปทรงเป็นประธานและทรงอภิปรายเรื่อง “ ปัญหาการใช้คำไทย ” ร่วมกับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในการประชุมทางวิชาการของชุมนุมภาษาไทย คณะพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวทรงมีพระราชดำรัสตอนหนึ่งความว่าณะอักษรศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ซึ่งทรงแสดงพระปรีชาสามารถและความสนพระราชหฤทัยห่วงใยในภาษาไทย จนเป็นที่ประทับใจผู้ร่วมประชุมครั้งนั้นเป็นอย่างยิ่ง พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวทรงมีพระราชดำรัสตอนหนึ่งความว่า... “...เรามีโชคดีที่มีภาษาของตนเองแต่โบราณกาล จึงสมควรอย่างยิ่งที่จะรักษาไว้ ควรจะใช้คำเก่าๆ ที่เรามีอยู่แล้ว ไม่ควรจะมาตั้งศัพท์ใหม่ให้ยุ่งยาก…” ปัญหาเฉพาะในด้านรักษาภาษาก็มีหลายประการ อย่างหนึ่งต้องรักษาให้บริสุทธิ์ในทางออกเสียง คือให้ออกเสียงให้ถูกต้องชัดเจน อีกอย่างหนึ่งต้องรักษาให้บริสุทธิ์ในวิธีใช้ หมายความว่าวิธีใช้คำมาประกอบประโยค นับเป็นปัญหาที่สำคัญ ปัญหาที่สามคือความร่ำรวยในคำของภาษาไทย ซึ่งพวกเรานึกว่าไม่ร่ำรวยพอ จึงต้องมีการบัญญัติศัพท์ใหม่มาใช้ … สำหรับคำใหม่ที่ตั้งขึ้นมีความจำเป็นในทางวิชาการไม่น้อย แต่บางคำที่ง่ายๆ ก็ควรจะมี ภาษาไทย วันภาษาไทยแห่งชาติ 2556 รัฐบาลจึงได้ประกาศให้วันดังกล่าวเป็นวันสำคัญ ตั้งแต่ 13 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2542 เป็นต้นมา ภาษาไทยเป็นภาษาที่ เก่าเเก่ที่สุดในประเทศเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ มีรากฐานมาจากออสโตรไทย ซึ่งมีความคล้ายคลึงกับภาษาจีน มีหลายคำที่ขอยืมมาจากภาษาจีน พ่อขุนรามคำเเหงได้ประดิษฐ์อักษรไทยขึ้นเมื่อปี พศ 1826 (คศ1283) มี พยัญชนะ 44 ตัว (21 เสียง), สระ 21 รูป (32 เสียง), วรรณยุกต์ 5 เสียง คือ เสียง สามัญ เอก โท ตรี จัตวา ภาษาไทยดัดเเปลงมาจากบาลี เเละ สันสกฤต คนไทยเป็นผู้ที่โชคดีที่มีภาษาของตนเอง เเละมีอักษรไทย เป็นตัวอักษร ประจำชาติ อันเป็นมรดกล้ำค่าที่บรรพบุรุษได้สร้างไว้ ซึ่งเป็นเครื่องเเสดงว่าไทยเราเป็นชาติที่มีวัฒนธรรมสูงส่งมาเเต่โบราณกาล เเละยั่งยืนมาจนปัจจุบัน คนไทยผู้เป็นเจ้าของภาษา ควรภาคภูมิใจที่ชาติไทยใช้ภาษาไทย เป็นภาษาประจำชาติมากว่า 700 ปีเเล้ว เเละจะยั่งยืนตลอดไป ถ้าทุกคนตระหนักในความสำคัญของภาษาไทย ความสำคัญของภาษาไทย ภาษาเป็นวัฒนธรรมที่สำคัญของชาติ ภาษาเป็นสื่อใช้ติดต่อกันเเละทำให้วัฒนธรรมอื่นๆเจริญขึ้น เเต่ละภาษามีระเบียบของตนเเล้วเเต่จะตกลงกันในหมู่ชนชาตินั้น ภาษาจึงเป็นศูนย์กลางยืดคนทั้งชาติ ดังข้อความ ตอนหนึ่งในพระราชนิพนธ์ในพระบาท สมเด็จพระมงกุฏเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว เรื่อง "ความเป็นชาติโดยเเท้จริง" ว่า ภาษาเป็นเครื่องผูกพันมนุษย์ต่อมนุษย์เเน่นเเฟ้นกว่าสิ่งอื่น เเละไม่มีสิ่งใด ที่จะทำให้คนรู้สึกเป็นพวกเดียวกันหรือเเน่นอนยิ่งไปกว่าภาษาเดียวกัน รัฐบาลทั้งปวงย่อมรู้สึกในข้อนี้อยู่ดี เพราะฉะนั้น รัฐบาลใดที่ต้องปกครองคนต่างชาติต่างภาษา จึงต้องพยายามตั้งโรงเรียนเเละออกบัญญัติบังคับ ให้ชนต่างภาษาเรียนภาษาของผู้ปกครอง เเต่ความคิดเห็นเช่นนี้ จะสำเร็จตามปรารถนาของรัฐบาลเสมอก็หามิได้ เเต่ถ้ายังจัดการเเปลง ภาษาไม่สำเร็จอยู่ตราบใด ก็เเปลว่า ผู้พูดภาษากับผู้ปกครองนั้นยังไม่เชื่ออยู่ตราบนั้น เเละยังจะเรียกว่าเป็นชาติเดียวกันกับมหาชนพื้นเมืองไม่ได้ อยู่ตราบนั้น ภาษาเป็นสิ่งซึ่งฝังอยู่ในใจมนุษย์เเน่นเเฟ้นยิ่งกว่าสิ่งอื่น" ดังนั้นภาษาก็เปรียบได้กับรั้วของชาติ ถ้าชนชาติใดรักษาภาษาของตนไว้ได้ดี ให้บริสุทธิ์ ก็จะได้ชื่อว่า รักษาความเป็นชาติ คนไทยทุกคนใช้ภาษาไทยเป็นสื่อความรู้สึกนึกคิดเท่านั้นยังไม่เพียงพอ ควรจะรักษาระเบียบความงดงามของภาษา ซึ่งเเสดงวัฒนธรรม เเละ เอกลักษณ์ประจำชาติไว้อีกด้วย ดัง พระราชดำรัส สมเด็จพระเทพ รัตนราชสุดา ฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ตอนหนึ่งว่า "ภาษานอกจากจะเป็นเครื่องสื่อสารเเสดงความ รู้สึกนึกคิดของคนทั่วโลก เเล้ว ยังเป็นเครื่องเเสดงให้เห็นวัฒนธรรม อารยธรรม เเละเอกลักษณ์ ประจำชาติอีกด้วย ไทยเป็นประเทศซึ่งมีขนบประเพณี ศิลปกรรมเเละภาษา ซึ่งเจริญรุ่งเรืองมาแต่อดีตกาล เราผู้เป็นอนุชนจึงควรภูมิใจ ช่วยกัน ผดุงรักษามรดกทางวัฒนธรรมอันเป็นทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาที่บรรพบุรุษได้ อุตส่าห์สร้่างสรรค์ขึ้นไว้ให้เจริญสืบไป " วันภาษาไทยแห่งชาติ 2556 วัตถุประสงค์ของวันภาษาไทยแห่งชาติ มีดังนี้ 1. เพื่อเฉลิมพระเกียรติพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ผู้ทรงเป็นนักปราชญ์ และนักภาษาไทย รวมทั้งเพื่อน้อมรำลึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณของพระองค์ที่ได้ทรงแสดงความห่วงใย และพระราชทานแนวคิดต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับการใช้ภาษาไทย 2. เพื่อร่วมเฉลิมพระเกียรติพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว เนื่องในมหามงคลสมัยเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา 6 รอบ ในวันที่ 5 ธันวาคม 2542 3. เพื่อกระตุ้นและปลุกจิตสำนึกของคนไทยทั้งชาติให้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญและคุณค่าของภาษาไทย ตลอดจนร่วมมือร่วมใจกันทำนุบำรุงส่งเสริม และอนุรักษ์ภาษาไทย ซึ่งเป็นเอกลักษณ์และเป็นสมบัติวัฒนธรรมอันล้ำค่าของชาติให้คงอยู่คู่ชาติไทยตลอดไป 4. เพื่อเพิ่มพูนประสิทธิภาพในการใช้ภาษาไทย ทั้งในวงวิชาการและวิชาชีพ รวมทั้งเพื่อยกมาตรฐานการเรียนการสอนภาษาไทยในสถานศึกษาทุกระดับให้สัมฤทธิผลยิ่งขึ้น 5. เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้หน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภาครัฐบาลและเอกชนทั่วประเทศมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดกิจกรรมที่หลากหลาย เพื่อเผยแพร่ความรู้ภาษาไทยในรูปแบบต่างๆ ไปสู่สาธารณชนทั้งในฐานะที่เป็นภาษาประจำชาติ และในฐานะที่เป็นภาษาเพื่อการสื่อสารของทุกคนในชาติ ซึ่งพระราชดำรัสของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวในครั้งนั้น มีใจความว่า.... “...ในปัจจุบันนี้ปรากฏว่า ได้มีการใช้คำออกจะฟุ่มเฟือย และไม่ตรงกับความหมายอันแท้จริงอยู่เนืองๆ ทั้งออกเสียงก็ไม่ถูกต้องตามอักขรวิธี ถ้าปล่อยให้เป็นไปดังนี้ ภาษาของเราก็มีแต่จะทรุดโทรม ชาติไทยเรามีภาษาของเราใช้เองเป็นสิ่งอันประเสริฐอยู่แล้ว เป็นมรดกอันมีค่าตกทอดมาถึงเราทุกคนจึงมีหน้าที่จะต้องรักษาไว้ พระราชนิพนธ์ พระราชนิพนธ์เรื่อง ติโต นายอินทร์ผู้ปิดทองหลังพระ และพระมหาชนก ฉะนั้นจึงขอให้บรรดานิสิตและบัณฑิต ตลอดจนครูบาอาจารย์ได้ช่วยกันรักษาและส่งเสริมภาษาไทย ซึ่งเป็นอุปกรณ์และหลักประกันเพื่อความเจริญวัฒนาของประเทศชาติ...” นอกจากนี้ พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ยังมีพระปรีชาญาณและพระอัจฉริยะภาพในการใช้ภาษาไทย ทรงรอบรู้ปราดเปรื่องถึงรากศัพท์ของคำไทย คือ ภาษาบาลีและสันสกฤต ทรงพระอุตสาหะวิริยะแปลและเรียบเรียงวรรณกรรมภาษาต่างประเทศเป็นภาษาไทยที่ สมบูรณ์ด้วยลักษณะวรรณศิลป์ มีเนื้อหาสาระที่มีคุณค่า เป็นคติในการเสียสละเพื่อส่วนรวม และเป็นแบบอย่างแก่ประชาชนในการใช้ภาษาไทย ดังจะเห็นได้จากพระราชนิพนธ์แปลเรื่องนายอินทร์ผู้ปิดทองหลังพระ ติโต พระราชนิพนธ์แปลบทความเรื่องสั้นๆ หลายบท และพระราชนิพนธ์เรื่อง พระมหาชนก เป็นต้น วันภาษาไทยแห่งชาติ 2556 กลอนภาษาไทย คุณค่าภาษาไทย เป็นคนไทยต้องรักภาษาไทย รักษาไว้ให้อยู่ได้เนานานหนอ อย่าทำร้ายลายลักษณ์ที่ถักทอ ที่แม่พ่ออนุรักษ์ตระหนักคุณ ภาษาไทยนั้นเป็นภาษาชาติ อย่าประมาทใช้ผิดให้เคืองขุ่น ครูท่านสอนสั่งไว้เลยนะคุณ ความว้าวุ่นแห่งภาษาจะมากมี ถ้าเมื่อใดไร้ภาษาที่มีอยู่ คงอดสูอายเขาไปทุกที่ และอาจสิ้นชาติไทยไปด้วยซี เพราะวิถีชีวีที่เปลี่ยนไป ภาษาไทยเป็นภาษาที่มีค่า มากยิ่งกว่านพรัตน์เป็นไหน ไหน มวลหมู่แก้วถึงมีค่ากว่าสิ่งใด คงมีได้แค่เพียงค่าราคาเงิน แต่คุณค่าของภาษามีสูงส่ง ช่วยดำรงความเป็นชาติไม่ขัดเขิน เพราะภาษาแสดงลักษณ์จำหลักเกิน กว่าค่าเงินตรา...แต่สง่าอยู่ที่ใจ เป็นคนไทยต้องรักภาษาไทย รักษาให้อยู่นานนานจะได้ไหม อย่าทำลายภาพลักษณ์ความเป็นไทย
